We used FDL to purchase our first home back in May and the whole experience was completely seamless. As first-time buyers we were naturally anxious, especially after hearing about other people’s stressful experiences with their solicitors. However, ours couldn’t have been more different.
Emily kept us informed at every stage with her fantastic communication, and we were never left in the dark. We always knew exactly where we were in the process, and whenever we had questions, we were never made to feel like an inconvenience.
